We will be at the Green Bay Indoor Farmers Market again this year. The date of our first market is Saturday, December 14th 7-noon. This is the Expanded Holiday Market. The following are also dates we will be at the market: January 11, January 25, February 8, and February 22.

Sattler Farm Lamb prides itself in producing Wisconsin Grown Quality Lamb. Retail cuts of lamb meat are available year round, while half and whole carcasses are available by order on an annual basis. Our product is available by stopping out at the farm, or contacting us for purchasing opportunities.
Darren Sattler has been operating the farm since October of 1988. If you have an opportunity to visit the farm, you will hear Darren share his passion about raising and providing meat produced right here in Wisconsin. You can see the quality in the naturally consistent red color of the meat. Your mouth will start watering for a delicious lamb chop hot off the grill. In addition to as much grass as they would like, the sheep are fed from locally produced feed. The ewes have hay produced here on the farm.
Darren has been raising and selling quality lamb meat since 1989 from the farm one mile west of Chilton, WI. The farm brings a depth of experience in raising lamb, as it is a fifth generation farm starting with Darren’s Great Grandparents. Today, you will also find their children, parents, and siblings often contributing to the operations, especially for the much anticipated annual Open House and Barn in March.
